The class is for beginners as well as professional painters. I’ll teach and review the techniques that make floral paintings look fresh.
After the lecture, I’ll paint a demo and then students will paint from several still life set-ups with lots of easel side instruction.
There are plenty of covered places if there’s light rain, but if weather is bad enough for Rutherford County Schools to close, we will reschedule the workshop.
Bring a sack lunch. Afternoon refreshments will be provided.
Towards the end of the day we’ll have a group critique.
I’ll have tabletop easels available or you can bring your own plein air easel. Please call me if you have questions about materials.
