About the Soul….Of A Woman
I hope you will join me in this four hour workshop for women,
where we will gather together in a circle to explore the world of the feminine soul.
Through expressions in art, reflective writing, poetry, and easy movement, we will
seek to open doors for deeper understanding and appreciation for the soul of a woman.
Through beginning practices of mindfulness skills of focus and relaxation,
we will be introduced to gentle skills for cultivating a calm connection with the self.

Paulette is a licensed Professional Counselor in private practice in her home in Nolensville. She and her husband Todd have been married for 39 years. They have two children, both of whom are married, and they are grand-parents to a beautiful little girl.
